The Johnstown Tomahawks came into the weekend needing a big four point performance. They finished the weekend with those four points and a lot of confidence.

This weekend the Tomahawks played some of the best 60-minute games they've played all season. It wasn't just one guy who put the team on his shoulders and lead them to victory. It was a team effort.

On top of the great performance on the ice, the War Memorial crowds were rocking all weekended long. Not only to cheer for the Tomahawks but when it came to getting on Michigan's case.

Yelling at the goalies, chanting several player's names, and even chanting that Wedding, Michigan's defenseman, "having a pumpkin head".

The games felt like playoff games and both team's battled as if it was one. Several big hits, a lot of scrums after whistles, and a lot of talking back and forth.

Shane Bednard continues his great play, as he scored five points in two games (2 goals, 3 assists).

Jordan Watt played some of his best hockey in a Tomahawks' jersey this weekend. He had a hat trick on Saturday night, and also scored a goal on Friday night.

Alex Okicki shut the Warriors out, 5-0 on Friday night, and then stopped  32 of 36 shots picking up the wins.

Casey Linkenheld picked up an assist in both games, for his first two points of the season.

Johnstown only has 13 more games left in the season (7 home, 6 away), and if they play like they did this weekend the rest of the way, teams better look out for the Tomahawks.
