The Tomahawks had a two goal lead in the first period only to see themselves trailing 3-2 half way through the 2nd period. Then Jordan Watt scored on the power play to tie the game at three. There would be no more scoring in regulation nor in the overtime period.
In the shootout Johnstown's fourth shooter, Watt, was able to beat Janesville's goalie to tie the shoot out 1-1. But on their fifth shot to win the game, Jets' Himley, was able to beat Brennan for the extra point.
Both teams once again will face off against each other tomorrow night.
Janesville was 1 for 4 on the power play. Johnstown was 2 for 9.
Johnstown out shot Janesville 27-24 and had the only four shots in overtime.

1- Brock Kautz- 24 saves on 27 shots. Made some great saves late in the game and in over time to keep Janesville in the game. With the win he breaks his six game losing streak.
